We are a community exercise group that meets regularly to work out, socialize, volunteer, train for races, and raise funds for our Youth Fitness Program in the Sacramento area. What began as a running group started by "Rhett's Mom," has developed into an encouraging, supportive, and inspiring crew who believes that "Moving Into Life" is essential for our mental and physical health. New and experienced runners or walkers are welcome. Train with us for the Urban Cow 5K, Half Marathon, or the Hot Pink 10K Fun Run (race registration is not included).
